Meet Me Here

A reflection on sobriety, somatic growth, and what it means to show up with more presence, patience, and care. This is a quiet reintroduction and an open door.

I’ve been sitting with how different my body feels when I work now.

There’s more space.
More breath.
More time.

Two years without alcohol and some somatic training didn’t just change my routines, it changed my nervous system. It taught me how to stay. How to listen with my whole body. How to notice when someone is nervous or still learning how to ask for what they want.

I didn’t always know how to do that.

There were moments in the past when I moved too quickly. Especially with people who were genuinely curious but unsure, awkward, or still finding language. If I was impatient with you, or didn’t slow down when you needed more care, I want to name that without defensiveness.

I’m not here to rewrite the past.
I’m here to be accountable to my growth.

My boundaries still exist. They’re solid and intentional. But growth changes context. It changes how I hold people, how I respond and how much compassion I can bring into the room.

Some of you know you’re on my ‘DO NOT SERVICE’ list. That list exists for real reasons, and it isn’t disappearing. BUT if you’re reaching out from a different place now, with genuine respect and self awareness… I’m open to a conversation about whether something new is possible.

What I love most about my work now is how present I am inside it. I’m not performing at someone… I’m with them. I notice breath, tension, hesitation. I move slower. I listen longer. That presence changes everything!

To everyone who stayed with me through uncertainty, transition, and quiet recalibration, THANK YOU. Truly. Your trust matters more than you know.

I’m stepping into this year with a real appetite for deepening existing relationships, for meeting new faces and for showing up as the best version of myself I’ve known so far.

If you’re curious and you’re coming from a grounded place, I’m here.
